Chef's Message
All that is, is simply energy, the manifestation of spirit. Energy is a vibration, it's a sound even when it can't be experiened by hearing. It is light even when we can not percieve it. It is hot and cold, light and dark. Balance versus chaos.
Food is an abundance of energy we consume and transform. As a form of energy it reflects the light of conscious thought. Our thoughts and our intentions transform how food is perceived and metabolized. It is the alchemy of our conscious creative self.
A light, a sound, a vibration made to be fully emersive in its intent for enjoyment. My food is the soulful creative reflection of what I wish to share... A concoction of harmony & happiness made tangible for your good health.
